Yiwu City Was Listed As The National Agricultural Comprehensive Development County
It was informed from the Municipal Finance Bureau that Yiwu City was listed as the national agricultural comprehensive development county from 2016 to 2018.
The comprehensive development of agriculture is an important means for the country to support the development of agriculture. The comprehensive agricultural development work of Yiwu City began in 1991, land management gradually transforming from the medium and low yield farmland to the mountain small watershed ecological governance, from the content with the mountain, water, field, forest, road, village comprehensive management to the combination of standard farmland construction and ecological management and villages rectification. Up to now, the agricultural comprehensive development and land governance of Yiwu City has invested 260 million yuan, acquired nearly 93 million yuan of financial funds over the province.
At the same time, in the field of industrial projects, Yiwu City adhered to the combination of agricultural comprehensive development and the advantageous featured agricultural development. Centering on the construction of modern agriculture industry chain, according to the bottleneck factors and weak links which limited the development of rural economy, focus on padding short board, construct modern agricultural production and operation and the industrial system, promote the level of intensive agriculture, promote agricultural efficiency and farmers’ income. 2014 “Yiwu agricultural comprehensive development jujube featured garden construction” project was also included in the provincial agricultural comprehensive development “31066 action plan” pilot projects, becoming the first batch of provincial pilot agricultural comprehensive development featured garden in Zhejiang Province.
It is understood that the national agricultural comprehensive development county list was the adjustment made by the the provincial agricultural comprehensive development department to the provincial 2016-2018 national agricultural comprehensive development counties, combining with the provincial agricultural comprehensive development organization personnel strength, existing arable land, farmers willingness to develop, development initiative investigation, with the principle of "total control, entry and exit, local fine-tuning”. The listed national agricultural comprehensive development county can get the provincial financial funds, but also will receive a greater degree of support of national agricultural comprehensive development funds.
