Yiwu Wushu Assembly to be Opened
Yiwu will hold the 6th Wushu Assembly on Dec. 10 and 11 with an aim to carry forward the quintessence of Chinese Wushu, inherit Wushu culture, push ahead with t...he popularization of Wushu sport, and consolidate the achievements of "National Wushu Town". The application for the Wushu Assembly has been started. Hope Wushu lovers not miss it.
Wushu has a long history and broad mass basis in Yiwu, which has long been known as the "National Wushu Town". The city began holding the Wushu Assembly in 2011, signed up for by nearly one thousand participants each year. Yiwu has discovered a batch of excellent Wushu talents through the Assembly and made due contribution to the Wushu development in Yiwu.
According to introduction, there will be expense reduction and exemption policies for the 6th Yiwu Wushu Assembly, and participants older than 60 and members of the Yiwu Wushu Association will be exempted from the event expenses. The deadline of application for the Wushu Assembly is Nov. 30.
