Yiwu Ranking First among the "Top 100 Best E-commerce Counties" 2017

Recently, AliResearch released the ranking list of "Top 100 Best E-commerce Counties" 2017, in which Yiwu ranked first. By report, it was the fourth consecutive year that AliResearch released the list according to "Alibaba E-commerce Development Index (aEDI)".

According to introduction, Yiwu has topped the list for consecutively four years. As revealed by the data of the E-commerce Office of Yiwu, from Jan. to June this year, Yiwu realized an e-commerce turnover of RMB 88.527 billion, with a year-on-year growth of 21.8%, in which the turnover of domestic e-retail trades was RMB 46.456 billion, ranking first in Zhejiang and with a year-on-year growth of 26.5%, and the turnover of cross-border e-retail trades was RMB 10.163 billion, with a year-on-year growth of 33.7%. In H1 this year, the e-commerce industry of Yiwu was completely on the upgrade, and the city's general index of e-commerce development in 2016 continued holding the first place in Zhejiang and was 5.3 times higher than the average level of the province. Seen from sub-indexes, Yiwu all ranks among top 5 in Zhejiang and occupies the first place respectively with respect to industrial development, application popularization, infrastructure, and industry atmosphere.
